I tasked TJ with creating a portfolio of brands with the need to clearly be married, but each have their own personality, which is not a simple task. He created a unique logo and color scheme for each brand, yet kept the brands similar enough to show they are part of the same family. He even created a unique font for the project. I look forward to continuing to work with TJ!

SCOPE

Eddy Apartments is the first of Four Points Fundings initiative to build workforce housing around the western slope. This logo set the stage for the look and feel attached to every other apartment built within this workforce housing expansion.
I created and compiled art inspired by the local landscapes of Western Colorado. It is installed in the Eddy’s community hub.
Prospector Apartments will be located in the heart of the Rockies, Estes Park, Colorado. This logo features the iconic Hallett Peak and surrounding landscapes.
Altitude Apartments is another branch of the workforce housing build. It’s located in Glenwood Springs. Home of some the best hot springs Colorado has to offer. Best experienced while under the stars.
